Privacy policy

What we collect,
and what we don't.

Last updated October 7, 2026. This applies to this website and to the Mind the Middle service.

What we collect

  • From the website: nothing personal unless you book a call or sign up. We may use a privacy-friendly visitor counter that does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
  • When you sign up: your name, email, phone, brokerage, license details, market, plan choice, and payment status. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • From the onboarding form: your headshot, logo, brand colors, social links, IABS or license information, CRM details and audiences, postcard farm details, and any notes you give us. If you choose to give us CRM login details, we store them only to do the work you've asked for.
  • From your CRM: we see your contacts' names, emails and addresses while we load and send your content, and that is all. We never export, copy, download, keep, share, sell or distribute your contact list, to anyone, for any reason. Your contacts are used only for your own sends from your own CRM.

How we use it

  • To build, send and track your monthly content.
  • To bill you and send receipts.
  • To email or text you about proofs, approvals, send days and your account.
  • To show examples of our work, with your contact details removed, unless you opt out.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to do the work: Stripe (payments), Tally and Google Workspace (forms, spreadsheets, email), Canva (design), Calendly (scheduling), your CRM (sending), and Real Mailers (postcard printing and mailing, which receives mailing addresses for your postcards). We don't sell your information or your contacts' information to anyone, ever.

Your contacts

The people in your database are your contacts, not ours. We don't keep a copy, we don't add them to any list of ours, and when your plan ends there is nothing of theirs for us to hand back because we never held it. You are responsible for having the right to email and mail them. Every email we send on your behalf includes an unsubscribe option as required by law, and we honor opt-outs in your CRM.

How long we keep it

Account and onboarding information is kept while you're a client and for up to three years after, for records and tax purposes. Any CRM login details you gave us are deleted when your plan ends. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except what we must keep by law.

Security

Your data lives in Stripe, Google and Tally, each of which encrypts it in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people doing your work. No system is perfect; if we ever learn of a breach affecting you, we'll tell you promptly.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected, to ask for it to be deleted, and to not be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information. Email savannah@therealtyrundown.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here and email active clients.
